With over 30 years of international experience in the global spa, wellness and fitness industry, Emma McGrady is a leading consultant and strategist in longevity, biohacking and holistic well-being.
Her career has spanned Ireland, the United States and Australia, leading global teams and shaping transformative wellness experiences across hospitality and health sectors. Emma has held senior leadership roles including Group General Manager of Saint Haven Wellness Group and Group Director of Wellness for luxury hotel brands, as well as six years leading the global wellness division for One Spa World across international cruise ships. She also guided the spa and wellness portfolio for Crown Resorts, with her teams achieving multiple Forbes Travel Guide recognitions for excellence — the first in Australia to do so.
A respected World Spa & Wellness Awards Judge and frequent speaker at the World Spa & Wellness Conferences, Emma now collaborates with developers, hotel groups and investors to design and deliver next-generation wellness destinations that blend longevity science, design innovation and human connection.
