Marc Diaper became the new CEO of Fitness First UK in July 2025, succeeding Justin Musgrove. He has extensive experience in the fitness industry, including 14 years at Gymbox where he eventually became CEO after starting as a PT and sports therapist. Diaper has been recognized for his leadership skills and is tasked with guiding Fitness First UK into a new phase of growth and innovation. Marc is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Europe in Madrid, Spain.
