Nikhhiil Kakkar

Nikhhiil Kakkar is CEO of Crunch Fitness India.

Nikhhiil has had an inspiring journey. He started his carrier with a small sales job in mid-90’s and got in to the Fitness space by chance. His journey started as a regional franchise manager for North India in 2007 with Gold’s Gym when brand was looking to expand in this region. He mastered the art of franchising very quickly & contributed to the brand’s rapid growth across country. Fast forward 2018, he was elevated to the top position of COO for Gold’s Gym India and was Managing India, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Bhutan as a territory, during his stint the brand had reached 150 gyms across the length and breadth of the country and around. He understands the Fitness space and geographical requirements very well. In March 2025, Crunch Fitness’s USA Master franchise was signed under his leadership for India & multiple gyms are now underway.
