Ke Wei Chua

Ke Wei Chua is the Marketing Director, Asia at Evolution Wellness Group, where she leads brand and growth across 5 Asian markets and a portfolio of fitness brands including Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness, GoFit, FireFit and CHi Fitness. 

She brings over 15 years of experience across fitness, luxury, retail and technology, and has led marketing across both brand and acquisition with a strong focus on connecting marketing efforts to business outcomes. Her work sits at the intersection of consumer insights and commercial performance, translating how people behave and what they respond to into clear, scalable marketing strategies. At Evolution Wellness, she oversees regional marketing across multiple markets, working closely with country teams to drive new member growth, improve conversion, and strengthen engagement across the member journey. Her work spans digital channels, in club experiences, partnerships, and regional campaigns, with a focus on how these come together to drive performance. She is passionate about building clear, commercially grounded marketing approaches, and believes that the most effective brands are those that understand people deeply, and evolve with them over time.
