Reina is currently the Group CFO and COO of True Group, one of Asia’s largest fitness and wellness groups, with businesses in gyms, fitness and yoga. In 2019, the Group launched its premium yoga facility Yoga Edition in Taiwan and three gyms under its new TFX brand in Singapore which offers technology-enabled training and tracking, and fitness concepts and programmes curated from the world over to provide members with choice and results. True Group currently has 24 clubs in Singapore and Taiwan under 4 brands – TFX, True Yoga Fitness, GFX and Yoga Edition. Reina has over 19 years’ experience in accounting and has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. She has over 12 years of management experience and was Managing Director of Boardroom Corporate Services in Hong Kong, and Executive Director in Ernst and Young Singapore. Reina has extensive experience in transaction advisory services and has assisted listed companies and numerous international companies by providing specialised transaction support in mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and other Asia Pacific regions. Reina is a Australian Chartered Accountant and Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
