Nikolay is a Member of the Council of Entrepreneurs of Moscow (since 2021). He obtained a PhD in Economics and graduated from Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) in 1994, the All-Russian Correspondence Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit (1996), the Higher Commercial School of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the Russian Federation and the International University of Management (Paris, France) MBA program (1998). One of the key top-managers of VimpelCom (from 2000 to 2008), President of the Representative Office of Microsoft Corporation in Russia (from 2009 to 2014), Vice-President for Business Development of Microsoft in Central and Eastern Europe (since July 2014), General Director of the Russian Fitness Group (since 2015), World Class and UFC Gym Russia. Ten times (including three times on first place) he was included in the Top 250 top managers of Russia in the annual ranking of the Association of Managers of the Kommersant newspaper.
