Michael Kennedy brings over 30 years of fitness industry expertise—and energy—to his role as Chief Revenue Officer at EōS Fitness.
He began his career in 1992 as a club opener and quickly rose through the ranks, mastering every aspect of gym operations. By 1999, he was General Manager of Gold’s Gym Long Beach and later took the reins as Director of Fitness for the Gold’s Gym SoCal group, where he spent over 15 years fine-tuning revenue strategies and programming across multiple locations.
Since joining EōS in 2015, Mike has played a key role in the brand’s explosive growth, helping expand the gym chain from 16 locations to nearly 175 gyms open or coming soon. Today, he oversees all revenue-driving functions—from membership acquisition and EFT optimization to personal training sales and presale execution. Mike is known for building high-performing teams and delivering scalable results. Fueled by a lifelong passion for fitness and a mission to help others improve their lives, he leads with heart, hustle, and just the right amount of humor.
