Dress Code
3-4 Dec (Leadership Summit, Innovation & Investment Summit, and 1-on-1 meetings): Business casual, casual or athleisure. Your comfort is key. However, given the air-con exposure all day we would suggest no (tiny) shorts, open shoes or flips flops.

- Book your speakers and delegates accommodation at Sofitel Wentworth before rooms are sold out
- For Exhibitors only – Please download the exhibition manual and contact our contractor with your exhibition requirements. All details below
- Please ensure you (and your company) post your speaker and/or sponsor/exhibitor banners (these will be emailed to you and your team) on your business/social media channels to shoutout your involvement.
60-Sec Promo Video – Needed by 30 September
We will be looping around a montage of sponsor videos on a large LED wall and across various screens at the event to increase the visual and immersive experience. If you want your video to be included please start planning with your relevant colleagues and get ready to send this mp4 file to day@beyondactiv.com. Your video should be no longer than 60 secs in length, 16:9 ratio and in MP4 format.
Exhibition Booths building & Tearing
