What target/milestones are you laser-focused on this year?
Elevating our brand and customer experience as a differentiated athletic country club by prioritizing our Member Point of View (MPV). We are also expanding MIORA Longevity & Performance, our cutting-edge health and wellness program, and growing our LTH supplement line, delivering superior products that support our members’ well-being.
What is your proudest ever career achievement?
Leading our company, 35,000 employees, and 1.5 million members through the most challenging period in Life Time’s history—the COVID-19 pandemic. Navigating this unprecedented crisis, ensuring stability, and emerging stronger with a full financial recovery to pre-pandemic levels stands as my most significant professional accomplishment.
What excites you the most about the next 12 months?
The rapid advancements in fitness and wellness science continue to validate the essential need for health optimization. At the same time, consumers are becoming more knowledgeable and demanding wellness-driven experiences. Today, health and wellness are the new status symbols—people are placing greater value on looking good, feeling good, and living vibrantly.
What is the best business lesson you have ever learned?
Both the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2009 recession reinforced a fundamental truth: adaptability and resilience are essential, no matter how much success you’ve achieved. The ability to reinvent yourself, your business, and lead with grit is what carries you through the toughest times.
If you could wave a magic wand and change something about our industry, what would you change and why?
While I deeply respect the pioneers of the U.S. health club industry, I would erase the outdated reputation of aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics that once defined the industry. The modern fitness and wellness movement is about trust, authenticity, and long-term relationships, not transactional sales approaches.

My mission is to passionately live an authentic and purposeful life as an exhilarating adventure. A faith-filled, growth-minded leader, dedicated to soul-enriching experiences—lived to the fullest with friends and family.
