Serving the fitness industry for over 25 years as a fitness equipment manufacturer representative, he previously worked with companies such as Cybex International, Free Motion Fitness and Nautilus Inc. He is a founding team member of Core Health & Fitness which began operations in 2010 covering various international roles. He has designed, consulted and opened hundreds of studios and gyms all over the world with his clients. Outside of work, Frank is the Co-Author of “Legends of Fitness: The Forces, Influencers, and Innovations That Helped Shape the Fitness Industry.” His main passions are family, fitness and traveling the globe to meet interesting people and share fitness experiences one person at a time.
