12 Quick-Fire Questions with Executives Leading Our Industry to a Brighter Future

How do you describe your company in one sentence?
Keepme is the leading agentic AI platform built specifically for the fitness industry – we turn missed leads into booked members, automatically.

What target/milestones are you laser-focused on this year?
Continuing to raise the bar on what our AI agents can do – not just automating engagement, but delivering measurable, real-world revenue impact for every operator we work with. There’s still so much we can do!

What is your proudest ever career achievement?
Being part of building Keepme. Watching something go from a bold idea to a product that genuinely changes how fitness businesses operate, and being in the room where that happened – is something I won’t take for granted.

What excites you the most about the next 12 months?
The pace of progress in AI is genuinely mindboggling right now….It’s moving so fast that literature can’t even keep pace with it, so I’m always learning in real-time.  Watching the fitness start to feel that and get excited about it too, fills me up. The next 12 months are going to redefine what’s operationally possible for operators, and I’m here for every second of it.

What is the best business lesson you have ever learned?
The numbers never lie. If you aren’t looking honestly at what your data is telling you, you are willfully ignoring reality – and you cannot solve a problem you refuse to see clearly. Gut feel has its place, but data is where accountability lives.

If you could wave a magic wand and change something about our industry, what would you change and why?
I’d remove every last drop of hesitation around AI adoption. Not because the questions aren’t valid, but because operators who are sitting on the fence are paying a real cost every single week. The technology is ready. The case is proven. It’s time.

Describe yourself in three words.
Tenacious. Numbers-obsessed. Horses. (Yes, that last one is both a personality trait and a life priority.)

What is your personal mantra?
Deal in reality. Not the reality you wish existed, not the one that’s comfortable – the actual one, as the numbers show it. Everything else is just noise.

Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
Professionally, working alongside Ian Mullane has been genuinely transformative. The way he thinks about AI, about data, about what’s actually possible – and watching him hold a room on stage – has permanently changed how I approach problems and how I communicate ideas. I’m a sharper thinker for it.

Personally – My mum! She is hardworking, tenacious and always is the optimist!

If you had an extra hour in your day, how would you spend it?
With my horses. Where absolutely nothing else matters! There is nothing quite like spending time with them.

If you could have dinner with any three people – past or present – who would they be?
Gramps – Miss him everyday and would love just one more minute with him!
Coco Chanel – built an empire on her own terms in an era that gave her every reason not to. The grit there is extraordinary.
Steve Jobs – to understand how he built a culture of obsessive product thinking and made people believe in a vision before it was real.

If you had to write a message on a billboard for all to see, what would you write?
Do it properly or don’t do it.
