Dr Simone Nalatu is the Director of Equity and Communities at Health and Wellbeing Queensland.
She brings over 20 years of experience in public health, health promotion, and chronic disease prevention. Her career spans academic, government, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled sectors. Dr Nalatu holds a PhD from Griffith University, completed through the NHMRC Centre for Clinical Research Excellence at the Queensland Aboriginal Islander Health Council.
