Debra Strougo is the Founder of Row House and CEO of Fitizens Holdings.

Debra Strougo is a visionary founder, strategic leader, and industry connector in health and fitness, known for driving innovation, advocacy, and meaningful growth. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to community-building and a talent for uniting people, brands, and ideas to push the industry forward.

As the founder of Row House, Debra built a category-defining brand in a saturated market—scaling it into a national name before its acquisition by Xponential Fitness. Following that success, she shifted her focus to empowering other entrepreneurs, acting as a Founder’s Co-Pilot to help wellness brands like Your Reformer and Pvolve scale with intention and impact. Her specialities are brand and business development, with a strong understanding of the franchise space. 

Debra also plays an active role in shaping the future of the industry. She serves on multiple advisory boards, including the Health & Fitness Association (formerly IHRSA), where she was instrumental in post-COVID rebranding efforts and in bringing fresh energy and innovation to Capitol Hill advocacy efforts.

These days she is particularly interested in the longevity space.
