Combining strength, conditioning, and cardio, our programming gives members variety, structure, and a community that keeps them coming back. Personal training, technology-supported workouts during open gym hours, and HYROX training at affiliated locations complement the core experience. With locations in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, REGYMEN welcomes franchise and licensing partners to bring our approach to more communities around the world.
