MOVE [REPEAT] is Asia Pacific’s leading emerging boutique lifestyle fitness group, building distinctive brands at the intersection of movement, culture, and community.

What target/milestones are you laser-focused on this year?
We’re focused on expanding Yoga Movement beyond its home market of Singapore, accelerating REVL into new international markets, and growing our group footprint in Pilates.

What is your proudest ever career achievement?
Successfully transitioning a founder-led boutique concept into a multi-brand business employing hundreds of people across multiple markets.

What excites you the most about the next 12 months?
The stability we’ve built over the past two years gives us a strong platform — the foundations are set, and I’m excited about the upward momentum ahead.

What is the best business lesson you have ever learned?
Reliability is the most underrated trait in business — at any level, in any role.

If you could wave a magic wand and change something about our industry, what would you change and why?
I’d change the perception that fitness is a “stop-gap” career. I want to see the industry deeply professionalised, attracting discerning, career-focused individuals and offering long-term, well-structured pathways over the next decade.

Get up and go again.

Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
My wife — she’s my partner in life and in business, and continues to shape both my personal and professional outlook.

On the golf course or in the surf with my kids.
