What target/milestones are you laser-focused on this year?
2025 is the year for growth after a year of re-building the Global team under Jay Worthy as CEO.

What is your proudest ever career achievement?
After selling a minority stake in 2022, it enabled 7 of my senior team to become multi millionaires.

What excites you the most about the next 12 months?
The world seems to be getting back on track- this should have a knock on effect to the economy.

Be true to your word. If you say you are going to do something- follow through.
