Rachael Nemeth

Rachael Nemeth is the Co-founder and CEO of Opus Training, the AI-native platform rethinking how the 110 million frontline workers powering a $22 trillion service economy get trained and developed.

Before Opus, she founded ESL Works to deliver English language training directly to workers’ phones, and in March 2020 built one of the first Covid safety training initiatives for frontline businesses, reaching 20,000 workers in the earliest days of the pandemic. A veteran of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and a family of foodservice operators, she does this because deskless workers have been ignored long enough, and because getting it right doesn’t just change their lives — it powers the next chapter of the American economy.
