Frank Britt
Frank Britt is CEO of การหลบหนี, a body intelligence company delivering Adaptive Body Therapy, powered by physical AI, robotics, and best-in-class partners. Aescape reads the body in real time and adapts to it, session over session, making muscle recovery and readiness a consistent practice.
Frank led Aescape’s restructuring on four fronts. He brought in new financial backers. He kicked off a new commercial model around partner-owned equipment, an annual platform fee, and pay-for-performance demand generation. He set a clear company and brand position for both consumers and partners with body intelligence and adaptive body therapy. And he drove operational excellence across the internal team. Aescape has since delivered more than 200,000 sessions across 150-plus locations and is on track to double revenue year over year.
Before Aescape, Frank was EVP and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Starbucks and longtime CEO of Penn Foster. He is a Senior Partner at the Schultz Family Foundation and a Senior Advisor at Valor Equity Partners. A blood cancer survivor, he holds a personal conviction that recovery is the foundation of how people live.
He lives in New York with his wife and family.
