Co-Founder & CEO

NIMBUS CO

Neil O’Sullivan

Neil O’Sullivan is a wellness entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and co-founder of NIMBUS CO, Australia’s first infrared sauna and ice bath studio, which he established with his wife Su Tuttle in 2016.

With over 20 years in corporate media, Neil’s career includes leadership positions at major organisations, most notably as Senior Director at CBS, where he led their Asia Pacific digital marketing portfolio and branded content division during the network’s acquisition of Network 10 in Australia.

Neil’s journey to wellness entrepreneurship was influenced by his personal physical and mental health challenges including autoimmune and inflammation conditions, and the MTHFR gene mutation, which affects his body’s ability to detoxify and absorb certain nutrients.

As a former semi-professional soccer player in the NSW and VIC National Premier Leagues, Neil brings a unique perspective on physical wellness to NIMBUS CO. Neil is committed to mental health advocacy, including co-founding and chairing two mental health charities (The Light Ball Sydney and Darkness into Light), hosting a podcast (These Lads Are Mental) dedicated to destigmatising mental health, and appearing in ABC’s documentary series “Space 22” exploring art therapy’s impact on mental health.

Under his leadership, NIMBUS CO. has expanded from a single sauna studio to a comprehensive wellness brand with multiple locations, product lines, and educational content, all united by the philosophy that prevention is better than cure. Neil is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Oceania in Melbourne, Australia.
