Michelle DeVore

Michelle DeVore is a senior marketing executive with 20 years of experience leading brand and digital transformation across franchised services, beauty, and luxury retail.

She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of WellBiz Brands, the beauty and wellness franchise platform behind Drybar, Elements Massage, Amazing Lash Studio, Radiant Waxing, and Fitness Together, where she oversees portfolio-wide marketing strategy focused on guest engagement and brand growth. Before joining WellBiz, DeVore served as SVP and Head of Marketing at Regis Corporation, and prior to that as VP of Customer Experience at European Wax Center. She also spent more than a decade at Neiman Marcus Group in progressive marketing and digital experience leadership roles.
