Tom has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years, he initially covered several roles within the member services team for Esporta Health Clubs in the UK, then transitioned these services to Virgin Active UK in 2011. Following this, Tom has been heavily involved in project work, notably moving into an IT focused role implementing membership management systems. Tom helped transition Virgin Active UK and Italy into one system (Exerp). Subsequently, Tom joined Exerp in January 2017 and has held Project & Account Management roles, Implementation Consultant and Consulting Manager Roles based out of Copenhagen, Denmark. Tom is currently the Head of New Business and Implementation in the APAC region for Exerp. Tom loves the challenge of implementation, demonstrating to a client that there is a different way to do things and that change is a force for good provides an overwhelming sense of achievement to him.
