Paul Reuter is Senior Vice President, Franchisee Relations and Performance at Orangetheory Fitness, now part of Purpose Brands.

With over 14 years of leadership at Orangetheory Fitness, Paul has been a driving force behind the brand’s explosive growth—from opening its earliest studios to shaping its global success. As the current senior vice president of franchisee relations and performance, he brings decades of fitness, operations, and coaching expertise. 

Born and raised in Colorado, Paul found his purpose at the intersection of athletics and mentorship. From a childhood filled with seasonal sports to a scholarship tennis career, his passion for fitness was instilled by his father and continues today through his commitment to elevating others. A 14-time President’s Club winner in the communications industry and former Gold’s Gym and Massage Envy top performer, he’s also a proud father of three and grandfather to two. His legacy includes co-building Orangetheory’s foundational sales and operations playbooks—tools still in use across the franchise network today. Paul is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
