1-on-1 meeting tables

Inside Beyond Activ Americas we have set aside a central area that can host 20 networking tables for 1-on-1 meetings across 2 and 3 Oct. Each table is branded and exclusively for a named sponsor across the full event. In essence, their own private meeting area. We then work with that sponsor to create a scheduled timetable of 20-minute meetings back-to-back across the two days. These meetings are derived from sharing the attendee list with our partners and after picking their top prospects we set up meetings with as many parties as time allows. Sponsors choose this option for more surgical connectivity with their top-tier prospects.
