Maximilian Schuetz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kisi.
His connection to the fitness industry began early in his career, when he worked in business development at EGYM during the company’s earliest stages. That experience gave him a firsthand look at how technology could transform gym operations and create better experiences for members.
In 2012, Max co-founded Kisi with a mission to connect people and spaces. What began as an access control prototype has grown into a global security and space management platform used by organizations in more than 50 countries. Today, Kisi helps fitness and wellness operators connect access control, video surveillance, and membership systems, making it easier to offer flexible or 24/7 access, reduce administrative work, protect revenue, and manage multiple locations. Max holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and is passionate about building technology that makes physical spaces more secure, accessible, and valuable.
Max is a speaker at Beyond Activ Américas en Dallas, Estados Unidos.
