Pat Panaia is a Founder and CEO of Kinotek, the movement health platform that enables fitness professionals to measure client mobility, symmetry, and movement quality in minutes using markerless 3D motion capture.

Pat has spent 30+ years bringing diagnostic innovation to market. In her two decades at IDEXX, she led teams that delivered a new kind of blood test: fast, accurate, and patient-side. This innovation transformed pre-surgical bloodwork from “only as needed” to routine. That proactive, preventive model is now the global standard of care and a core reason pets are living longer, healthier lives.

Now she is on a mission to bring that same proactive model to human movement. While movement health is recognized as a marker of healthy aging, it is rarely measured. That gap matters most for women, who face higher rates of knee injury, osteoarthritis, and age-related mobility loss. Kinotek helps fitness professionals spot dysfunction early, before it becomes pain, injury, or surgery. The company’s goal is to make movement health a metric every facility tracks.
