Dave Sibley is Managing Director, Zumba Fitness – Europe, India, Middle East & Africa, overseeing the growth and development of the Zumba Fitness business in those territories, a role he has held since 2013.
In parallel, Dave oversees business development globally, working with partners wishing to license the company’s brand or content, or access a range of consulting and creative services. Dave joined Zumba from Viacom (now Paramount Global), where he ran the international (global ex-US) ad sales division. Prior to this he served as Managing Director of Viacom’s Australasian media businesses,comprising the MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central channels/brands. Dave started his 17-year Viacom tenure in a marketing position, having worked in marketing roles in the ad agency and fashion industries after university in the UK, where he acquired a degree in business. He lives in London with his family and is a keen cyclist and guitarist in his spare time. Dave is also a speaker at ما وراء عالم النشاط in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
