You provide a targeted wish list of companies and profiles you would like to meet, and our team works directly with those stakeholders to secure confirmed meeting times during the event.

Meetings are hosted either at your booth, if exhibition partner, or within our dedicated 1:1 meetings area, Beyond Connections, where you will have a dedicated, reserved meeting table for the full duration of the event. This ensures a professional, visible and structured environment for meaningful discussions.
