Christin Görlach is an entrepreneur, investor and executive in the European fitness and health industry, with more than 15 years of experience in fitness, technology and franchise operations.
A former competitive athlete and graduate in Sports Economics, Christin has held leadership and ownership positions in several of the industry’s most influential companies. She was an early-stage investor and Sales Director at EGYM, where she played a key role in building and leading the company’s DACH sales organization throughout more than a decade of growth, helping transform the business from a startup into one of Europe’s leading fitness technology companies. She later became a shareholder and Chief Revenue Officer at SKILLCOURT and was co-owner and operator of a group of 15 fitness clubs and a rehabilitation center.
Today, Christin is co-owner and international executive of fit+, one of Europe’s leading franchise systems for fully automated and staffless fitness clubs, with more than 350 locations. In her role, she drives international expansion, with a particular focus on the Spanish market, supports master franchise partners across multiple European countries and contributes to the strategic development of the brand.
Throughout her career, Christin has combined entrepreneurial thinking with operational expertise, helping scale businesses from early-stage ventures to international market leaders. Her passion lies in making fitness more accessible, leveraging technology to improve health outcomes and building sustainable business models within the fitness and wellness sector.
