Ben Tudhope is CEO of Aligned Leisure, a passionate, engaging and motivating leader with over 17 years in the health and fitness industry, working across commercial, not-for-profit, university and local government sectors.
Ben holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) and has been a Non-Executive Director of Aquatics and Recreation Victoria since 2016. As Aligned Leisure’s Chief Executive Officer, Ben oversees the strategic direction and operational management of Aligned Leisure facilities. Since launching in 2016, Ben has spearheaded Aligned Leisure’s growth and partnership model to see 50+ facilities under management across Victoria and New South Wales.
