Elaine Carey

Elaine Carey is an operations leader who believes great ideas only work when they make life easier for the people doing the work.

She currently serves as the Director of Operations Excellence for Grand Fitness Partners, one of the largest Planet Fitness franchise groups. She joined Planet Fitness in 2015 and quickly bought into the Judgment Free mission of making fitness accessible to everyone. Since then, she’s spent the past decade helping teams work smarter, not harder, always with an eye toward the member experience. Elaine is passionate about building simple strategies that drive real results, supporting front-line leaders, and creating a culture where people and performance thrive. Elain is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
