Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

(Organised by FIT Summit Pte. Ltd.)

All ticket prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm attendance.
If tickets are invoiced, full payment must be made within 5 working days, or less, if the event is less than 5 working days away.
Invoices will be issued electronically upon receipt of payment.
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission where payment has not been received in full.

FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Verify eligibility at any stage, and
- Reclassify or cancel tickets where eligibility criteria are not met.
Any difference in ticket price resulting from reclassification must be settled prior to the event.

All tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by FIT Summit Pte. Ltd.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional charge up to 14 days prior to the event.
All substitution requests must be submitted in writing.
If the attendee wishes to cancel their ticket, they can ask the Organiser for a credited ticket to the same event next year. The Organiser will then register the same attendee for next year’s event.
The credited ticket cannot be used for other events the Organiser hosts in different countries, only for the same event the ticket(s) was initially purchased for.
Non-attendance does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit or transfer to a future event.

FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the event programme, agenda, speakers, moderators, timing or session formats at any time.
Changes to speakers or content do not constitute grounds for a refund.

FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government restrictions
- Acts of God
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Venue unavailability
- Travel disruptions
- Industrial action or strikes
In such circumstances, the event may be:
- Rescheduled
- Relocated
- Delivered in a hybrid or virtual format
Tickets will remain valid for the revised event. Refunds will not be issued due to force majeure.

If FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. cancels an event and does not reschedule it, liability is limited to:
- A refund of the ticket price paid, excluding any third-party or processing fees.
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for travel, accommodation or related costs incurred by attendees.

Official event accreditation (delegate badge) must be worn at all times onsite.
Tickets may not be:
- Shared
- Resold
- Used for unauthorised commercial purposes
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the event, any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving misrepresentation, inappropriate conduct, competitive conflict, or actions that may negatively impact the experience of other attendees, partners, or speakers. They will be removed without refund.
Attendees agree to comply with all venue rules, local regulations, and health and safety requirements in place at the time of the event.
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to implement additional health or security measures where required and to deny access to attendees who fail to comply.

The Organiser’s events may be photographed, filmed or recorded.
By attending, delegates grant the Organiser the right to use:
- Images
- Video footage
- Audio recordings for marketing, promotional, editorial and post-event content.
Attendees wishing to opt out must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the event.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Delegate data may be shared with:
- Event partners or sponsors where consent has been given.

FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. events are curated B2B environments.
Sponsors and partners must operate strictly within the terms of their agreed packages.

Attendance is at the delegate’s own risk.
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. accepts no liability for:
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Injury or illness except where required by law.
Event content is provided for information and discussion purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice.

Attendees are responsible for arranging:
- Travel
- Accommodation
- Insurance
- Visas and entry requirements
FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. bears no responsibility for visa refusals or travel disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this event website from the date of publication.
