Dina Elshurafa is co-founder of Reform Athletica and a lawyer of 15 years.
Tapping into her obsession with perfectionist hospitality and a passion for creating transformative spaces, her aim was to create a space that would empower individuals to reach their physical and mental potential through expertly curated classes and community-focused experiences. Dina has spearheaded the launch of the first location in Dubai’s Jumeirah in 2018, ICD Brookfield DIFC in 2023 and for Reform Athletica’s first international location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2026, playing a pivotal role in establishing RA as a leading fitness destination in the Middle East. Her mission is to foster a culture of quality, precision, and belonging, aligning with Reform Athletica’s ethos of offering hospitality and wellness redefined.
