She franchised this to 11 Personal Training studios in QLD\/SA before turning 21, then sold the company and moved to Melbourne in 2010 for Athletics whilst starting a new gym group, QuickFit Health Clubs, which has 9 locations across Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland. It started off as a franchise group and 10 years in, pivoted the brand to a company owned gym group to ensure brand quality and to be more hands on at a gym level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her passion for the industry was fuelled by her athletics background. She competed at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games where she placed 5th in the Women&#8217;s Triple Jump. She has 4 x Australian titles in Triple Jump and still holds the Australian Under 20 Triple Jump record set in 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her passion has always been the fitness industry and she plans to grow the brand QuickFit into a diverse group of fitness offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linda is a speaker at <a href=\"https:\/\/beyondactiv.com\/events\/asia\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/beyondactiv.com\/events\/asia\/\">Beyond Activ Asia<\/a> in Bangkok, Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linda Allen is the Founder of Quickfit Health Clubs.
