Naveed began his sales journey at the age of 14 where he sold double glazed windows and conservatories in door-to-door sales. He now works closely with country and regional distributors in offering expertise in boutique and traditional cycling facilities.\u00a0As a core member behind the growth of Stages Cycling, Naveed helped to transform the company into a dominant worldwide brand. The brand expanded from two to 80 countries over 8 years with Naveed\u2019s expertise in international sales.\u00a0Naveed is also passionate in building the resilience of the younger generation, and has co-founded the non-profit Global Awareness and Impact Alliance. Here, he works closely with under privileged \u00a0youths and communities to Empower Thought and Generate Change.
