As the current senior vice president of franchisee relations and performance, he brings decades of fitness, operations, and coaching expertise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born and raised in Colorado,\u00a0Paul\u00a0found his purpose at the intersection of athletics and mentorship. From a childhood filled with seasonal sports to a scholarship tennis career, his passion for fitness was instilled by his father and continues today through his commitment to elevating others. A 14-time President\u2019s Club winner in the communications industry and former Gold\u2019s Gym and Massage Envy top performer, he\u2019s also a proud father of three and grandfather to two. His legacy includes co-building Orangetheory\u2019s foundational sales and operations playbooks\u2014tools still in use across the franchise network today.
