By 1999, he was General Manager of Gold\u2019s Gym Long Beach and later took the reins as Director of Fitness for the Gold\u2019s Gym SoCal group, where he spent over 15 years fine-tuning revenue strategies and programming across multiple locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining E\u014dS in 2015, Mike has played a key role in the brand\u2019s explosive growth, helping expand the gym chain from 16 locations to nearly 175 gyms open or coming soon. Today, he oversees all revenue-driving functions\u2014from membership acquisition and EFT optimization to personal training sales and presale execution. Mike is known for building high-performing teams and delivering scalable results. Fueled by a lifelong passion for fitness and a mission to help others improve their lives, he leads with heart, hustle, and just the right amount of humor.
