Holding a\u00a0Bachelor of Education\u00a0and multiple fitness qualifications, including certifications in Pilates, personal training, and group fitness, Tara\u2019s background combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for teaching, business development, and helping others succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded during the 2021 COVID lockdowns, @pilates 24\/7 was created to make Reformer Pilates more accessible, affordable, and flexible. At the heart of the model is a\u00a0proprietary Class Delivery Platform\u00a0\u2014 a digital system that delivers on-demand workouts in-studio, personalises member experiences, and gives franchisees powerful tools to run efficient, tech-enabled businesses. The hybrid model blends convenience with expert support and community programs, providing Pilates \u201cwhen you want it, and support when you need it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since franchising in 2022, @pilates 24\/7 has grown rapidly, with 35 studios across Australia and New Zealand and more than 50 projected by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tara is known for her down-to-earth leadership, practical mindset, and ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, digital-first business models.
