Iain Clark is the Head of Risk & Compliance and Company Secretary at Endota Spa<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Iain has 23 years of franchising experience and has a passion for balancing the franchise\u00a0model for franchisee, franchisor and all other stakeholders. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce and a successful\u00a014 year career in IT Iain became an Angus & Robertson (A&R) franchisee and quickly expanded to three locations. During 8 years as a franchisee Iain became heavily involved\u00a0in the A&R franchise group\u00a0and led the group as President during a time of enormous change in the book industry. This focused his attention on the need to balance\u00a0profitability\u00a0of franchisees and the franchisor while navigating multiple challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the sale of his bookshops Iain commenced with endota where he has been for 15 years. He has been in the\u00a0Senior Leadership Team as Head of Franchising, Operations, Finance and Systems over the years as endota has grown. While his current role is Head of Risk & Compliance and Company Secretary he crosses into most areas of the business, particularly franchising. This includes Board insights via attendance at Board meetings and regular analysis of corporate and franchisee performance as well as compliance with a view to balance profitability, brand protection and community responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
