Aquafit is often cited as an example of\u00a0industry best practice in Australia and is recognised as one of the most awarded fitness businesses in the country.\u00a0Kristen is a highly regarded thought leader, accomplished presenter and a regular contributor to industry journals and magazines.\u00a0In 2018, Kristen was the first Australian recipient of the prestigious IHRSA Woman Leader Award. In 2020, Kristen was awarded the Club Manager of\u00a0the Year at the Australian Fitness Awards, and in 2021 inducted into the AUSactive Industry Roll of Honour.\u00a0Kristen was a previous Board Member of Fitness NSW in 2008 &amp; 2009. In 2006 Kristen was awarded Fitness NSW\u2019s Award for \u2018Outstanding\u00a0Contribution to the Industry\u2019.
