She joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2003, and before being promoted to her current role, was Group Spa Manager, Operations, with responsibility for the successful launch of all the Group\u2019s new spa operations. Mrs. Lomas-Gong has more than 30 years of spa and project development experience. Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, she was involved with the development of some of the world\u2019s best spas, including the award-winning Ananda in the Himalayas and the Crown Hotel Spa in Australia. Lomas-Gong also ran her own spa consultancy company for over 10 years, supporting several spa clients. To strengthen her interest in holistic wellness, Lomas-Gong recently graduated from the US based Integrative Nutrition\u2019s Health Coach Training Program. This additional qualification allows her to educate and guide clients towards behavioural changes for improved nutrition, diet, and fitness, ultimately leading them towards greater health and wellness overall.
