By having pioneered fitness life style and club development for 20 years in China, Ms. Cao is recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the industry. From founding her first gym in 1999 to being licensed in 2004 for the territory in Asia by Powerhouse Gym USA, one of the world\u2019s largest club chains, Ms. Cao led to expand over 50 clubs nationwide and build one of the most successful chains in China. To ensure professional service, she brought AFAA Athletics and Fitness Association of America to China by organizing the first AFAA training institution in 2001, as well as created series of fitness programs such as \u201cShine\u201d and \u201cFunctional Exercise\u201d.
