Ruoyang “Rose” Ni is the Founder and CEO of MossCode<\/a>, a sports technology company building a new category of wearables designed to help people better understand their bodies. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MossCode is developing a modular watch that brings activity, training, and physiological data into one system, continuously learns how your body recovers and adapts to stimuli, and transforms data into actionable insights with AI. Rose’s path to entrepreneurship began in tech investment. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, she joined Sequoia China’s TMT team, focusing on robotics, renewable energy, and AI hardware, and participated in early-stage investments in companies including Narwal and EcoFlow. She later joined EcoFlow to incubate its residential energy business across EMEA. Working in a competitive market, Rose built the commercial channels and local service network from the ground up. Under her leadership, the business quickly became the fastest-growing product line of EcoFlow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her interest in human performance is deeply personal. At a very young age, Rose rowed at a high level and earned the stroke seat of her team before a severe back injury from relentless training forced her to quit. Years later, she returned to regular training through cycling, only to encounter fragmented data across multiple devices. Her athletic experiences and track record in technology have shaped her conviction to build products that more seamlessly integrate one’s personal context to bring people further in tune with their bodies, which ultimately led her to found MossCode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
