There, he rapidly advanced through the organization, holding executive leadership roles across operations, sales and fitness. In 2020, he was promoted to Vice President of Fitness, where he led corporate and global franchise fitness operations through a national fitness team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining E\u014dS Fitness in 2022, Jay has played a key role in the brand\u2019s rapid expansion, helping scale the organization from 63 locations to nearly 225 gyms open or in development. Today, he oversees field operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional in\u2011gym member experience while building high\u2011performing, values\u2011driven teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guided by the core principles of humility, integrity and responsibility, Jay is passionate about servant leadership, extreme ownership and creating scalable systems that empower teams to succeed \u2014 both in the gym and in life. His mission is simple and unwavering: to positively impact millions of lives each month through strong leadership, intentional culture and relentless execution.
