As a Principal, John currently manages the Firm\u2019s investments in Encore Vet Group, EVG Specialty Network, and BlueRoot Health, and sits on the Board of Directors of CR Fitness and Sparx Hockey. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John was previously involved in Turnbridge and Brooklyn Boulders. John is also actively involved in the execution and due diligence of new investment opportunities across a variety of Healthy, Active, and Sustainable Living sectors with emphasis in Sports, Recreation and Enthusiast Brands space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to joining North Castle, John worked as an investment banking Associate at Financo, where he focused on M&amp;A advisory in the Consumer &amp; Retail sector.
