She has been instrumental in building out the house of brands strategy developing multiple brands like Cult, neo gym, Golds Gym and Fitness First. She has built out Cult&#8217;s asset-light expansion strategy post-2020, working towards creating the largest franchised fitness ecosystem in India. Today 2\/3rds of the 700 stores that we have are partner owned. Before joining Cult.fit, Shanti worked as a category leader at Ola, gaining valuable experience in scaling businesses.
