With 35 years in the fitness industry, Tracy began her career as a Group Fitness Trainer and Personal Trainer with Les Mills. Tracy spent over 20 years developing teams and fitness training programs for Les Mills International, Fitness First Asia and fitness apps world wide. Menopause was a pivot point for her. With very little information available on the hormonal changes that affect all women in midlife, Tracy is one of the fitness front runners in bringing the menopause conversation to the table, for fitness businesses and companies nationally and internationally. Tracy started the “Sexy Ageing” podcast in 2020, wrote “My Menopause Memoir” and is regularly engaged by companies to speak on the challenges of menopause in the workplace. Tracy focuses on sharing tangible health and wellness information for women navigating menopause.
