Durante su carrera, ocup\u00f3 diversos puestos directivos en Jack Wolfskin, Weber Stephen y como consultor estrat\u00e9gico. En su puesto actual, supervisa estrat\u00e9gicamente el desarrollo internacional del grupo. J\u00f6rg es responsable de desarrollar el negocio internacional de franquicias de Gold's con equipos dedicados en Berl\u00edn y Dallas.
